How we handle your information.

Last updated: July 2026

The short version: we collect only what you choose to give us, we use it only to reply to you and to do the work you ask us to do, and we never sell it or share it for marketing.

Who we are

Kee Creative Ltd (company no. 06383799, registered in England & Wales), trading as Kee, 47 Southgate Street, Winchester SO23 9EH. If you have any question about your information, email hi@kee.co and we’ll come back to you.

What we collect and why

If you fill in our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, dealership or group, role, and your message. We use these to reply to your enquiry and for no other purpose. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which processes the data solely to pass it on to us.

If you request a free AI search check, we receive your name or dealership, your email address and your website address. We use them to carry out the check, to send you the result and to answer any reply you send us. Carrying out a check involves looking at information that is already public about your business. We do not access your systems or your customer records, and we never contact your customers. What the check does and does not cover is set out in clause 10 of our terms.

Our lawful basis for handling your details in both cases is legitimate interests, specifically responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch. Where we send you marketing rather than a reply, we rely on your consent and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email or writing to hi@kee.co.

Some of the services we use to run this site and receive your messages, including Web3Forms, Calendly and Google Analytics, are provided by companies based outside the UK. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the UK addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision covering the country concerned.

If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly and is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy. We receive the details you enter when booking, which we use to hold the call and follow up.

If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation between us.

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, but only once you have given consent through the cookie banner. Declining means no analytics cookies are set, and the site works exactly the same either way. Your light or dark mode preference is handled on your device and never sent anywhere. Google Analytics anonymises IP addresses and we do not use the data for advertising or share it with third parties.

How long we keep things

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as we are talking, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would like your details deleted, email hi@kee.co and we will do it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hi@kee.co for any of these. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
